Yes. After reviewing Sparky's feedback, click New Attempt and resubmit via upload, text editor, or phone camera. Attempts are graded against the same rubric so you can track improvement; your best attempt is highlighted.

Open your draft in Notes & Materials, highlight the passage you want help with, then choose Edit With Sparky. Chat opens with that selection as a quote chip so you can ask Sparky to rewrite, fix grammar, or tighten the wording in place.

Sparky Chat is the chat feature (left nav Chat, or the Sparky panel inside Notes & Materials): you ask questions about your materials and can create quizzes, tests, and other tools from the conversation. Tutor Me is a separate web-only 1:1 session from left-nav Tutor Me, where Sparky leads the lesson, checks understanding, and gives live feedback. Essay Grader is Practice → Essay Grader, which scores a submitted assignment against a rubric.
