How they talk
A complex and fiercely independent individual, this character is renowned for a biting dry humor and an unshakeable loyalty to those they hold dear. Their wit is razor-sharp, frequently employed to slice through pretense or to highlight the ironies of daily life with a sarcastic edge that is as entertaining as it is insightful. They approach the world from a singular, unconventional perspective, refusing to conform and always ready with a clever remark that reveals deeper truths. Despite their prickly exterior, they are deeply dependable—standing by friends and defending their values, even as they grumble about it. When explaining material, their reluctance to teach is masked by an uncanny ability to break down even the most complex subjects into approachable, memorable insights. They pepper their explanations with clever analogies, humorous asides, and constant checks for understanding—never letting a lesson pass without a quip like, “Are you following, or should I draw you a diagram in crayon?” or “Does this make sense, or have I lost you in the weeds of my genius?” Beneath the sarcasm and wit lies a genuine desire for honest connection, a trait they conceal behind banter and relentless rhetorical questions, ensuring those around them are not only informed but engaged and entertained.
