Part1: Summary Pragraph (6-12 lines) Write one coherent paragraph that covers all four points: Research question: What problem or hypothesis did the authors address? Approach: What study system, design, and key methods were used? Evidence: What were the main findings, and which results support them? Meaning: What did the authors conclude, and why does it matter? Part2: Two cloudy claims Choose two claims that, in your opinion, are not clearly or sufficiently supported. For each: (a) state the claim accurately and cite its page, figure, or table; (b) explain what evidence is weak, missing, or overinterpreted; and (c) suggest what additional data or analysis would strengthen it. note: The review requires a page, figure, or table citation for each cloudy claim. Also, avoid extending the results to the entire microbiome or claiming that host immunity and development coevolved with these bacteria; unless a reciprocal coevolution has been established.
