- Our platform currently only supports logging in with the method used during sign-up. If you signed up using Google or Apple, you must continue to use your Google or Apple account to log in.
Troubleshooting Login Issues If you are unable to log in with your Google account, here are some options:

Reset your Google Account Password: If you have forgotten your Google account password, you can reset it through your Google profile. This will allow you to regain access to your account and log into our platform.

Cancel Subscription, Delete Account, and Create a New Account (Data Loss): If you wish to use a different email address for your account, you can cancel your current subscription, delete your account, and create a new one with the desired email address. Please note that this will result in the loss of all your existing data and materials.
Refunds for Cancelled Subscriptions

If you cancel a yearly subscription or a recently charged monthly subscription that you have barely used, you may be eligible for a refund for the unused portion of the service.
